TEHRAN – Mohammad-Kazem Sajjadpour, director of the Center for Political and International Studies at the Foreign Ministry, says the world has entered the post-West era, which has ended the West’s monopoly over power, wealth and thought.
“America no longer has the dominant hand in the region,” Mehr on Wednesday quoted Sajjadpour as saying in an interview with channel 4 of Iran’s TV.
The U.S. and the West’s power is in decline throughout the world and as a result “we are in the post-West, post-America and post-Europe era,” he said.
Sajjadpour also argued that there is a gap between the United States, and Europeans do not consider America as an ally.
